The inspection of the crane hook includes daily inspection and periodic inspection.
1. Daily inspection is the responsibility of the user department.The machine driver should inspect the crane hook when changing shifts and record the inspection results in the operation log. The user department should inspect the crane hook during weekly inspection. The inspection content is mainly appearance inspection, which mainly includes:
(1) Whether there are cracks, cracks, and deformation on the appearance;
(2) Whether each clamp is safe and effective;
(3) Whether each bolt is loose;
(4) Whether each pulley and bearing rotates flexibly;
(5) Whether each lubrication point is well lubricated;
(6) Whether there are other abnormal conditions;
(7) Visually inspect the opening degree and twisting degree of the crane hook. If abnormality is found, use instruments to measure to determine its condition.
2. Periodic inspection is the responsibility of the maintenance department.The crane hook needs to be disassembled, inspected, repaired and measured. In principle, the hooks of gantry cranes and fixed cranes are inspected once a year (the user department is responsible for the statistics and inspection of the hook usage time), and the hooks of tire cranes and other cranes are inspected once every two maintenance inspections, and are carried out at the same time as the maintenance inspections. The regular inspections mainly include:
(1) The increase in the crane hook opening;
(2) The twisting and changing of the crane hook;
(3) The wear of the crane hook seat;
(4) The crane hook neck and dangerous section.
